Designation - Assistant Manager - Line Haul Ops

Job Description :

·        Responsible for the Line Haul operations.
·        Develops innovative processes for proactive management of all line haul freight movements and to secure service.
·        Responsible for dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
·        Taking care of gateway operations like route mapping, line haul operations, air and surface connections.
·        Design the transport vendor management systems and control systems to measure performance and reliability.
·        Coordinate with Transporters for daily vehicle requirements and freight negotiation.
·        Billing/Consignment Tracking and Management.
·        Monitoring of all operations activity (Inbound and Outbound activities)
·        Fleet Management.
·        Traffic/Stock Management (Vehicle Management, Warehouse operations management)
·        Drive operational efficiencies and cost reduction programs.
