Job Description:
• Installation & Configuration of different Operating Systems like Win-XP, Win-7, and window8, Win10, & their Troubleshooting.
• Configure MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Window Live Mail, Evolution and taking its backup also.
• Restoring the data as per the requirement, trouble shooting of backup failures.
• Troubleshooting of Domain user login issue, Profile issue, testing of all kinds of Printer.
• Responsible for taking care of mails as well Escalation calls.
• Creation, deletion and managing rights of users through Active Directory and deploying policies via Group policy.
• Experience configuring, monitoring, upgrading and maintaining systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
• Manage Access Card Systems, Biometrics Devices and Security Cameras.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity and system security.
• Server management.
• Software licenses management.
• Connectivity & upkeep of CCTV camera network.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Vendor management.
• Management of communication systems such as phones, EPABX, mobile, tablets etc.
• Manage all IT responsibilities across head office and all site offices.
