eKart (Supply chain arm of Flipkart) : Trainers for eKart

Hi All,

We are looking for trainers for eKart (Supply chain arm of Flipkart) Sort Centers (Mother Hubs) at Surat.

Job Description-

1. Conduct Induction training for new hire candidates (blue collar and white collar)
2. Conduct regular process refresher training to bridge the knowledge gap of existing employees and to improve their productivity
3. Conduct training for any new process or change in any existing processes
4. Floor support during new process launch
5. Floor support during sale period
6. Should have a knowledge of MS office and Google suite
7. Good communication skills
8. 1 to 3 years of Experience in E Commerce or Supply chain freshers can apply too.

1. This is a third party pay role job
2. Contract would for 6 months and would be renewed on the basis of performance
